Oxford at Lake View

I've lived here for almost 3 years and I love this property! The staff is amazing! They're receptive to concerns, incredibly fast with work orders, and just plain nice! If I didn't have to relocate for work, I wouldn't love out!

To be fair the 5 Star reviews are only going up because they are doing a $100 raffle! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE BIAS 5 STAR REVIEWS! This is the nastiest place I have ever lived! One month after move in I saw roaches. I moved the small cooler fridge and there was roaches scattered everywhere! I couldn’t kill them all fast enough so I opted to throw an entire bottle of bleach on them! The rent is too high for this place to be considered “luxury”, and to be infested with roaches. Although I have to stay until my lease is complete I will NOT be renewing my lease. Also pest control just came Wednesday January 28, 2026 they only sprayed in bathroom #2 behind the toilet and left in 2 minutes. IF YOU CAN NO MATTER HOW GREAT THE DEALS SOUND! STAY AWAY!!! This place is often very quiet. There are fire stations and police departments near so nice safety but just beware of sirens. The apartment itself is very nice quality and I’ve enjoyed living here.

We’ve been living at Oxford at Lakeview for about a year now, and our experience has been excellent. The apartments themselves are very nice—well laid out, modern, and comfortable. Everything has worked great in our unit, and if we ever did have a minor issue, maintenance has been incredible. Every time we’ve put in a request, they came the same day and fixed it right away. It’s such a relief knowing things are taken care of quickly and professionally. The property is also very well maintained. The grounds are kept clean, the landscaping is mowed weekly, and the pool is serviced several times a week, so it’s always sparkling and ready to use. The new management seems to be better but it's changed 3 times since I've lived there so who knows how long that will stay. This was my second time living here after my rough first experience but I wanted to give them another shot because the price and location are good. They moved me in to an apartment that smelled like an ash tray and after asking about it they told me the old tenant broke back into the apt and was crouching there for a week until they noticed. For multiple days they told me they were doing things to fix it but I would go in the unit and there would be no change. After a couple days of panicking I went to the front office to try and talk to the manager about options.
