Poor workmanship with zero accountability or help with addressing their issue, but excellent gaslighters (despite the fact that there is so much turnover in their builders and office staff - their gaslighting skills are consistent through and through. Undermount sink came completely detached from the countertop. Turns out it was never mounted properly and was just glued in place with sealant with zero support placed anywhere underneath. There were clips in place...the sink was just never attached or supported by those clips. Went to the office to voice my concerns since my previous custom build sink stayed intact and in place for over 20+ years , they were quick to act like they would help since they had customers looking around in the model home. Terrible builder would not buy. Paid $1.7 million continuous issues with home, Warrenty gas lights you. They only care about dollars not about customer. Worst mistake of my life. I would walk away if I had known how bad the build quality was. The talk a big talk but don’t back it up. Please do not buy!!

We had a wonderful experience building our home with Grand Homes, and a huge part of that was thanks to our Sales Consultant, Katie, and our builder, Seth. Our experience to build our home in Silver Leaf has been nothing short of amazing. Great staff, attentive, knowledgeable, and respectful. You should be thoughtful and careful with your choices. You can come up with a great design even with limited choices you have. I wish we would have had choice of including an elevator and central Vacuum prior to completion of build. Our sales representative Katie has been absolutely awesome , patience and adorable since day one. A wonderful person to work with. We have learned a lot through the process. I would suggest to commit to a design when you are absolutely sure. It will be difficult to retract from your selections. When you have committed to one. Next to a complete custom design you have a good choice for an affordable beautiful home buil
