There is always trash in the hall, and it makes our apartment smell. There is dog poop and garbage all around outside as well. They also have the strictest smoking rules—absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on their grounds, including their parking lot and outside areas, no matter how far you are from the building, resulting in people needing to drive to or hang out in the city's cul-de-sac near the building - maybe be stricter about garbage and give residents a safer place to smoke?

I lived here for 6 years, and I'd suggest living here to others. Here are some key takeaways for future residents: -yes, there is a building fire alarm that gets set off if someone in their apartment doesn't air out their smoking apartment, but it's happening less and less (I think management has been explaining this better to new residents) -there is a really nice gym: it was recently remodeled -the pool is always clean and is lovely in the summer -Angie and the management team and very helpful and understanding, just make sure to communicate with them and they will do their best to accommodate. -kids can be nosey but that's any apartment -the maintenance team always fixes things in a timely manner Overall, I enjoyed living here. I am relocating to another city so that's why I am moving.

Overall this is not a bad apartment to choose in the Saint Cloud area, however, there is often issues where the fire alarms go off because of some kind of maintenance. The office does try and put out warnings before, but there are a lot of times where they just go off for seemingly no reason and it is super annoying and loud. The apartments themselves are clean and updated, and you are able to access the building and your apartment through your phone which is convenient. This apartment doesn’t accept partial payments, so if you’re unable to pay your rent on time you can expect to be taken to court and held liable for court fees. I Been living here since 2018. They use to be good apartments but. Now. All missed it up. Some reason. Something Smelling bad when you enter the apartment I spoke to the manager twice. Still They don’t Do any action. At all. 12/19/2024 I hope she do something about it. The stinky in the apartment. My kids ask me every day something smelling here this are bad environment our kids.

I had my car broken into, notified the police. Spoke to management which they confirmed this happened. Management doesn’t care nor will do anything. Top it off after moving out I got charged double for they say utilities unpaid since I moved in due to not switching in my name. Although I paid the utilities each month when they added them to rent. Now I am paying again. Management is awful. Stay away from this place.
