I was a renter within a property this company was managing. At one point, the water heater broke right before thanksgiving and it took almost 2 weeks to have someone come out and replace it before I could live in my apartment again. And understandably it was bad timing but on the day the new water heater was suppose to installed, Barbara who I was in main contact with, have me the date they were suppose to come but she never notified the main office to coordinate this installation which then lead to 2 more days of waiting because she did not handle the situation correctly. Then a few months before my lease was ended I contacted Barbara to see if the property owner planned to continue the lease and we settled about a rent price . Very unprofessional and inattentive property managers. Shady business practices and questionable morale from Barbara. Would not recommend and it’s shameful that she is still working in the field of real estate with such unprofessional behaviors.

Bob was very helpful and professional with the needs I had to find a condo in the Boca Raton area
