Grand Flats

Grand Flats was great for my first apartment alone after school and as I began my career. The staff was always so responsive and answered all my questions. The amenities were great and everything was always clean. The maintenance team would respond quickly to my issues. The parking lot being gated was also a great plus! I would recommend Grand Flats to anyone looking for a place close to downtown STL. Great location to explore the city!

Been staying here for roughly 4 months and have hardly any complaints. Grand is hardly a distraction and typically quiets down by 8 PM. I never hear any barking dogs, anything upstairs or anything throughout the hallways. The place is pretty sound-proof. The manager, Kourtney, always makes an effort toward community engagement and keeps us well-informed of any upcoming changes or events. The apartments themselves are extremely clean and look newly modeled. Ventilation is good throughout the bedroom and living room. The location itself is great- you’re within a 2 minute walk of about 5 restaurants and the neighborhood behind is perfect for walking or jogging through. Lived here almost two years. Great neighbors, management, and maintenance team. Lots of doggies live here, not a lot of noise. Walkable.

I have lived here for my whole stay in St Louis which was 2 years. This place is amazing! I am moving on from St Louis after completing my masters at SLU. This place is great for Professionals and Professional studies, very quite and everyone here is very friendly. The biggest perk of this place is Dan! Dan is the everything guy, officially he is onsite maintenance but most things he will atleast attempt to help with. I have seen him go above and beyond to help residence here. The management is great, this community is a starting point for many managers so i have seen all of them do an amazing job and get promoted to bigger and harder to mange apartments. This speaks volumes to the fact that this place is so well put togeather! I have never interacted with 2B because 9 out of 10 times Dan
