Grand Fir

I've have visited the grand fir apartments as a Door Dasher. I've found the apartments very easy to locate the units I've been looking for. The fact that each building has a separate letter and the apartments have no duplicated numbers make it easy to make sure I've gotten the right apartment. The first time I was searching for one it was one in the middle of the complex but a nice lady with a name tag that said Kimberly showed me how to find the numbers even for the middle buildings. She was very courteous and showed me without giving me a attitude like I gotten in other apartment complexes. It was a nice change.

We've been blessed 🙌 to lived here since I stumble upon online and applied and received a call to come in fill paperwork. 🙏 A quiet and exactly just what our family needed with our current living needs. ❤️ loved the neighborhood accessibility to every around yet hidden from the main roads. Safe for raising families. Management kept place clean; I just hope we the community be respectful and take care of our community keep it safe for our children. Pick up after ourselves. Keep it that way be mindful also how we park and treat the property 👌 It's our home.

I've lived at Grand Fir Apartments since they have opened. They have always kept the property in great condition. In the past few months I've gotten to know the assistant manager Kimberly very well. I've not only seen her walking the property and checking things out. But when I am walking my service dog. She walked with us. She and the other staff are very courteous and friendly. If you are looking for a great place to live check out Grand Fir Apartments and stop in and talk to Kimberly about openings. And since Grand Fir is building more units it be a great time to sign up. Kimberly will keep you smiling and enjoys helping out.

I haven't lived in too many apartments maybe a handful but I was on the waitlist list for this apartment and I was so fortunate to get in right when it opened 12/2023 I love this apartment.It may be small but its a great size ❤️ i love the location how it's kind of tucked away but yet so close to costco. For low income its truly great , being in South salem .

We have been residents at Grandfir for almost two years. The current local management has done a very good job in making the community very safe and livable, family friendly, and quickly responsive to resident concerns. High kudos! Five stars
