Don’t spend your money here. Rent is absurd for such a small space and it is falling apart and very dirty. Elevators are always broken or “under repair”, paint is falling off the ceilings in the walkway, the nets in the walkway are ripped or torn off completely, there is mold in the apartments, and in the AC unit. My packages have already been stolen twice and the office does nothing about it. Says they are “going to check the cameras” and then never get back to you. The only good thing is the maintenance team and only one man on there goes above and beyond to help you. There is always someone yelling or arguing so you can forget about peace and quiet.
