Grand Colony Apartments

March. 2025- they have been fixing stuff I think they even got new management they fixed the entryway step in front of the building they even added some parking lot lighting keep going don't stop earn those rent prices you have set(new photos added) Dec.2024-I was visiting friends for the first time and this place is a safety hazard lawsuit waiting to happen they also have bug problems like crazy they don't fix things in a timely manner or sometimes not at all Conlon Properties do better I know u can. The photos of the entrance are bad enough get it together your going to hurt someone (see photos)

I have lived at grand colony for 3 years. They have done so much work in this past year and have locked the buildings too. The new manager Courtni is very responsive and gets done what needs to be done. Courtni and Monica are a great team and I highly recommend grand colony to call home.

It's a clean quite place . I was just visiting my friend. I didn't see any bugs and I wasn't nervous about crime or anything I would live here if I had the chance. And they have balconies

This complex goes further downhill daily. On any given day there are homeless people who sleep in the laundry rooms on each floor and because they do not have a bathroom accessible they use the washer and dryers for their toilet habits. I have seen men and women who sleep in the laundry rooms as well as the hallways and they beg for water, to use your phone, as well as rides and money. When management is called they do NOTHING but say call police who are already regular visitors to the complex. The same people sleeping in the halls and laundry rooms break into mailboxes so they look like someone was doing demolition. When I rented over 18yrs from Jim Conlin I could not ever renting from him again based on property managers attitude in general. Shocking to me that Jim allows his reputation

One of the worst places I rented. If you want a decent home, I will stay away from this place. My mail was stolen outside my front door once and there has been a lot of issues with people stealing mail. There are always cockroaches roaming around and sometimes mice. It's really gross. The people who live here are scary too- lots of drunk people and druggies..
