Grand Boulevard Lofts

This place is a homeless roach motel. 1st year was good, I thought, until the break ins, shooting and even a child died there. I do not recommend this place.

They suck. Neighbors are all great except for one that plays loud music all hours of the day. GBL did nothing to remedy the situation after multiple complaints. You can also purchase parking for $55 a month in a secure garage right next to Sky on Main - two blocks away but don't expect much information: They failed to tell me the shudders that close at night can be opened by the parking pass and my brand new car was towed. I eventually lost that car. After a severe head injury that happened in the apartment I received no help whatsoever from them. Avoid this place at any cost. I have proof that they fail to live up to their own policy in email and pictures.

My family and I lived here for eight years. The experience was mostly fine however the last three years after the building maintenence person Mr. Arthur left it went downhill. There was not a consistent maintenence guy, the trash chute was broken quite frequently, the washers and dryers didn't work, homeless people squatted on the property, people would let their dogs urinate on the elevators, and in the halls and it would not be cleaned up, the fire alarms would go off all the time, and host of other things. I am glad we left and hope they get it together. On the bright side the apts are spacious and a reasonable price for the square footage.

seen a mouse in the laundry room Thursday evening. the paint job in the hallways are horrible. its always homeless ppl squatting all over the building and smoking crack in the stairways. 0/10 do not recommend. I lived there 2018-2022 and never dealt with any of these problems the entire time i lived there. i have family that live here so I'm always here and this building has went completely down hill . DO NOT MOVE HERE. YES THE RENT PRICES LOOK GOOD BUT ITS HORRIBLE NOW. NONE OF THE WASHERS EVER WORK THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY. ELEVATORS ALWAYS HAVE PISS IN THEM. DEFINITLEY ABOUT TO CALL FOX 4 PROBLEM SOLVERS ON THIS PLACE.

Management is great and very attentive to tenants needs to make everyone in a great environment.
