Grand at The Dominion Apartments

I moved in a couple weeks ago, and I am absolutely blown away at how amazing this apartment complex is. The staff is super friendly. The maintenance workers are prompt, thorough, and professional. The amenities are awesome! And the value is great for what you receive! I am so blessed to have moved into this apartment complex.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for two years and would not recommend it. My air conditioning has gone out six times since I’ve lived here with one summer it being broken over a month without being fixed, which was completely unacceptable. My patio is unusable due to constant bird droppings, an issue that has never been addressed. The stairwells are disgusting. There was throw up in my stairwell for over a month. On top of that, the neighbors across from me allow their dogs to bark well after midnight, often waking me up and continuing for hours. This has been constant for months on end. Every issue I’ve brought to management has been dismissed or ignored, with no real solutions offered. This place is an absolute nightmare. Lived there for 6 years and moved out due to mold in the restroom and AC Unit. When I originally put in the mold maintenance order, they painted over it and it came back a year later. They declined to do anything about it, they just wanted to take care of it as mildew. I started to have extreme health issues that required a surgery so I paid out of pocket for a mold test. These health issues started out of no where, and I truly felt the mold could been the culprit. I did my very best to work w the office staff, with no luck. They are very stupid and seem to be very good at acting it, as well—specifically the managers Sherri and Joanna. I pled with them to please help and for us to work together for a solution, only for them to end up saying I just didn’

I absolutely love living at The Grand at the Dominion! The maintenance team is always quick and reliable — they really keep everything running smoothly. The office staff is wonderful and always so welcoming. I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Joanna and Sherri, and they were both incredibly helpful and kind. Lexi did an amazing job showing me around when I first toured the property — she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here! Highly recommend The Grand at the Dominion to anyone looking for a beautiful community with great people and service.

I’ve lived here for the past five months and have had a great experience. The location is excellent and very convenient. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and really nice, and it’s also pretty quiet. The staff has been very helpful, and I haven’t had any problems at all. I would definitely recommend living here!
