Grand at Saginaw Apartments

I’ve lived here for almost a year (it will be one year in a week, eek!) and I can honestly say it’s been the best experience. I’m always hesitant to leave reviews while I’m still living at a complex because you just never know but with a year under my belt I feel confident to share my experience. My Apartment I live in the 729ft 1 bed/1bath on the 2nd floor for context. I love love love my apartment. It’s a new build so it is clean, new appliances, nice flooring etc. I almost went with a remodeled older complex and let’s just say I’m glad I went with this one. Love my bathroom’s double vanity, the washer and dryer, and the massive kitchen island. I want to share my experience living in these apartments, and I can reassure you, it's NOT a place you'd want to live, despite how nice they may seem. I lived here for 2 years, and it was the worst place I've ever lived. The rent is super expensive, and for what you pay, it's just not worth it. You're not getting the quality of life or service that you're paying for. We've had kids engaging in reckless behavior, including throwing rocks at our door, and the management did nothing about it, even when we provided pictures and video evidence. They claimed they couldn't do anything since the perpetrators were minors. We've had mold grow in our apartment, and instead of investigating the source, they just sprayed it and told us to call them if it came back. We've also had issues with ants and o

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I’ve lived in 3 apartment complexes prior to the grand and have never been so dissatisfied. Rent charges are never the same (random charges that never make sense), trash service is a joke (dumpsters constantly overflowing) yet you get charged for leaving a sealed bag outside. Management is not helpful. They care more about the parking than tending to the grounds (stairs are stained and smell). Not luxury apartment by any means

This place is a health hazard and a noise nightmare. Dog poop is left all over the property for days (even in the breezeways), trash piles up outside doors and overflows at the compactor, and the gates are constantly broken. The entrances have been covered in scaffolding for over a year because the building is literally falling apart, yet nothing gets fixed. If you have guests, expect them to be towed within minutes. My visitor’s car was gone within 10 minutes while I was still trying to find the ridiculous online system to register them. Management is rude, dismissive, and incapable of basic organization. Accessibility is pathetic. Handicap ramps and parking are almost nonexistent in certain buildings, which is not only unacceptable but likely violates ADA requirements. Neighbors can be

These facilities are absolutely stunning. We were very well taken care of by Stephanie. She answered all our questions and even offered us some water. The screening process was quick and easy. We are so excited to move in.
