Grand at Grenelefe Apartments

My son has an apartment here in Grenelefe and I find is community To be a beautiful community is very well taken care of. I’ve interacted with a lot of the staff trash valet maintenance crew and the rental office and everybody’s been respectful and polite the only thing I recommend is to make sure you read your paperwork carefully so there is no misunderstanding when they comes to enforcement of your rental agreement because they will enforce it. And because this community is so beautiful and well taken care of, and the staff is a great asset to the community. I am considering towards the end of the year, becoming a permanent resident of this community. If you’re looking at a community for peace and quiet, this would be the one. Not even worth a star. Rental office is completely unprofessional and incompetent. Their private water company are money hungry vultures. Has zero amenities. Maintenance staff is incompetent and useless. Constantly doing patch up job work. Nothing truly ever gets fixed. Nobody knows nothing. HOA office doesn't talk to the rental office. Nobody knows nothing that goes on. No sidewalks. No Street lamps. No bus stop for the children to stand out safely. Only one area to dump garbage. Only get garbage. Picked up 2 days a week. Grenelefe is one of the most beautiful properties for its landscaping and peaceful scenic view! It’s basically a complete getaway for those who seek to experience life away from big cities. The units are incredibly spacious and allow so much of natural sunlight. The entry way gives enough walk-space for multiple people at time and easier for those with large furniture pieces. Every encounter with office staff, starting with Gabriela (who is typically is the first person ready to greet you, ) to the maintenance man and the trash curbside personnel were all helpful and pleasant experiences! I am going to write my real, honest review after living here for a year. We moved as we couldn't afford $1700 for a 2 bedroom. The front desk service definitely varied based off of who was working that day. Some days I couldn't reach them, others they'd pick up immediately. Trash and dumpster: ridiculous. I was always so overwhelmed. Parking: absolutely ridiculous. Most nights I had to carry 2 toddlers and a newborn several condos, sometimes next street down to the house because people would invite tons of friends/family at all times of the day and night and they'd take parking spots. Maintenance: pretty good, however, our sinks were always clogged and leaking slow due to neighbors misuse of the pipe system. I moved in Dec2024 and my kids absolutely love how spacious it is. 2358 Burnway Rd. has such a peaceful beautiful view. If I could stay I would. Oh how I'm going to miss this place.
