BEWARE OF THE GRAMERCY ON THE PARK RESPONSES IT IS ONLY TO SEEM SINCERE - THEY TRULY ARE NOT!! I originally left a great review when I first moved in because my initial experience seemed positive, but things quickly went downhill. After missing the rent special of $1,770 by just one day, my rent jumped to $2,500 — an outrageous increase for a complex with this many problems. The amenities and maintenance do not justify the cost. The property has serious security and cleanliness issues. After 7 p.m., people are often outside drinking, doing drugs, and working on cars near the front of the complex. Security only tows cars and does nothing to actually secure the property. Only one of the three entrance gates works, and you have to get out of your car and walk to the sidewalk to enter your g

Update. Wow, coming up on a year. I can't believe how it's flown by. I still feel as if I live in a resort. The office staff are amazing. Thank you Dylan for always being my advocate. This is a safe enclave to get away from the city, but enjoy being close to everything. The maintenance team is great. Prompt, polite, clean, and fix it the first time! I didn't think this would be such a big deal, but I have fallen in love with the door side trash pickup! No nasty gross dumpsters, no walking a mile with leaky tearing bags of trash, just a simple place it outside my door. The new manager is kicking it getting improvements. Update: The delivery service fetch is the absolute worst thing that has happened yet. The apartments no longer allows UPS, FedEx and Amazon on The property they intercept your mail and if it doesn't have some sort of special unique code from fetch, they'll send your package all over town. Mine for instance was sent to Addison and then picked up and sent all the way to Irving and then when I went to pick it up from Irving they said UPS had picked it up from them again to take it back to Addison. So a package that was delivered on the 5th I don't have access to and it's now the 9th. I expressed my concerns to the office and I was met with a shoulder shrug when they could have just left my mail alone how is that even legal.
