Grace View Apartments

Horrible! They hate seniors here. They don't care about us, just the money.they don't care that we only have one entrance, that our apartments have the train tracks with a horn blowing right outside our back window, they don't care that even though we are a HUD facility, we can barely afford the rent.And the management company is condescending, disrespectful among other things. WE NEED HELP!

It's all about the money and not the residents. They recieve government subsidies to house low income seniors all the while raising the seniors rent. If your loved one, heaven forbid, dies there, they will force you out within days and threaten you with day by day rent fees. They want to rent the place as fast as possible to get their money coming in again. It's not about you're loved ones!

So pleased with the new management team. Communication has been great with prompt and courteous responses.
