Crossing paths with Bernadette Winski was a blessing. Not only am I so appreciative to her but my entire experience working with her was very positive. If I had to start all over, all bets will be on contacting her first instead of trying to keep track of other websites/landlords that don't even get back to you. Bernadette made sure the entire process to finding the right rental property was smooth. Very helpful, honest, COMMUNICATIVE, respectful and professional that's for sure. All I can say is nothing but good vibes to her because she wasn't lying when she told me I would be happy here. And honestly, I am!!!!!!!

Bernadette really did go above and beyond. I honestly did not expect such commitment, she made tons of calls for me, send me emails with properties constantly, she really came through. Finding a rental property is seemingly easy, but with so many websites and the ease of "requesting more information/a tour" with the click of a button, it's difficult to keep track of things on your own. Bernadette Winski was SO extremely helpful to me in finding an apartment. She communicated with the landlord of my (now) new apartment to help get me set up for a tour and then with submitting an application. She went above and beyond by even suggesting a cover letter of myself - something for a landlord to take into consideration when renting to a 21 year old.
