I have lived here for years and HATE it. The HOA SUCKS, no one has cleaned the stairwell in over a year (they claim they do it monthly) the kids here are BAD, scratching cars, jumping on the mailboxes, running infront of cars taunting, outside screaming at 6am, families getting into fights so bad it’s waking up the entire complex. HOA posts illegitimate notices but won’t handle the real problems. Thousands of dollars a month but I still can’t park infront of my apartment, meanwhile other people have 3-4 cars with all of them parked upfront? Make that fair. The ice is so bad when it snows/rains, but no one handles that, they’re more worried about harmless things. Cars parked in the fire lanes because there’s no parking yet NO ONE sees this as an issue?? I applied for a 3 bedroom unit in the Governor's Square complex this past Sunday night and paid a total of $130 in application fees. The very next morning I was told that another approved applicant had paid a deposit and was about to sign the lease, so the unit would be removed from the market. I applied assuming that the unit was still available, when in fact it was not. I asked that our fees be refunded as that was the last unit available in the entire complex and received a very rude and snarky response stating that the application fee was nonrefundable and that I would still be considered for other properties. i love living here besides the fact our maintenance guy likes to use power tool 6-7Am i have a sick girlfriend and work. would love to get my sleep so if that could change would love that
