Governor's on North Henry

Governors on North Henry has been an amazing place to live. It has been the best to live right in the heart of colonial Williamsburg where everything is in a quick walking distance. The apartment is super accommodating for our dog and all the neighbors we have met have been super friendly. It truly is a fantastic place to live. The staff is extremely hard working and they do a great job building community and taking care of their tenants. Will, the Maintenance technician works all hours of the clock to make sure the apartment complex is in tip top shape and Timothy the leasing agent has been fantastic to work with! The staff really knows how to show hospitality to all of those tenants!

Our experience at Governor's on N Henry has been nothing less than amazing and wonderful. Feels like a resort! Besides the complex itself being incredibly facilitative, beautiful and top of the line even down to the fixtures, the property manager Shanell and the maintenance supervisor Will are a finishing touch that creates an atmosphere of welcome and comfort. They are friendly, efficient, responsive and kind and make you feel as if they are your personal assistants! Such care makes all the difference to the dynamic of living in an already physically great facility. Thank you Governor's for making our residence in Williamsburg such a joy.

My wife and I have lived at Governors for 10 months now in a brand new apartment home. We find it a wonderful place to live and a special place for people of all ages. The buildings and grounds are well maintained and the landscaping is simply beautiful, with colorful trees and plants everywhere. The pool area, gym and other common rooms as well as the large dog park are remarkable. In addition, the office staff are very professional, responsive and welcoming whenever you see them. William, the maintenance manager, is a true asset to the apartment community. As seniors, my wife and I requested safety bars be installed in the shower/tub and he took care of it. We particularly enjoy the ability to walk into our apartment home directly from the parking lot without climbing any stairs!

The facility is very nice and has many great amenities including a gym with lots of equipment as well as an outdoor pool. The apartments are very nice and incredibly affordable.
