Nice area to live, very quiet, lawn stays immaculate around the year. Property appearances are in great shape, commons area is free of debris and clutter. Perfect area for singles and families as well as retirees. Guest house is available for parties, showers or larger group of people, access to the swimming pool. Maintenance takes care of the outside areas.

Parking spaces not numbered to match unit. Can't find parking to view empty unit. Trash has to be kept in back of unit, tenant responsible for pulling trash can to front.

Very very safe one of the safest in Clarksville! Constant Police Presence!

Really nice clubhouse, and I'm looking forward to using the pool this coming summer.

Veey cute condos, good parking. Needs more landscaping. Excellent neighborhood and safe location. Close to the interstate and lots of shopping.
