Why the hell the Governor square community management allows the semi truck parking inside the community that too in the car parking? And this truck driver is a resident here, don't even have the basic sense that he parks so close to the cars. He parks daily, Management is damn care and not taking any actions though we complained a couple of times, not even the response received. So strange, frustrating!
I signed a lease for a townhome on January 8th, 2026. When I moved in the washing machine was not working. I am still without a washing machine today. One of the toilets began leaking around the base all over the bathroom floor and it took 3 days to have that repaired. The hot water heater makes extremely loud popping and banging noises. My first work order related to the hot water heather was ignored as "functioning normally." The reply for my second work order related to the hot water heater was that it was just mineral deposits and could not be drained until warmer weather. I am truly afraid for the safety of my family. Today, I found a dead cockroach in my crockpot. All of this has happened in a little under 2 weeks. I have asked for my lease to be terminated without penalty
This place sucked. Way overpriced for what you're getting. The front office is a joke and seems like they refuse to answer you when you contact them and don't even think about calling because they will not answer at all and there's never anyone there to help in the office so what's the point? Maintenance requests are hit and miss sometimes within a couple days sometimes you gotta ask 5 times. They add fees and fines for things you don't even know about or even your fault. Bugs can get bad Location is the only thing nice about this place.
I’ve been living in this apartment since February 2023 and have always paid my rent on time through auto-pay. I’ve already renewed my lease twice, each time with a $100 increase, and things had been fine until this fall. When my lease renewed, the new rent plus utilities ended up exceeding my auto-pay setup max amount by only about $60–70. This shortfall went unnoticed for two months. During that time, I never received any email or warning from the office staff letting me know there was an issue. Instead, I was only informed today—after two months—that I’ve been charged a daily $5 late fee, totaling $313, all because of a $120 balance that was missing. I’m shocked and disappointed that after being a reliable tenant for nearly three years, the management didn’t bother to notify me of such a
I’ve lived here since 2020, I’ve always appreciated the maintenance staff across the board. Full stop. They’ve always responded quickly, explained clearly, and frankly, have always been cool to get to know. Today, Richard responded to what I assumed would be a quick dryer fix. But he pointed out to me why the repair was important, (safety-wise) worked very fast but with care (while juggling other requests), cleaned up beautifully, and even turned the dryer back on as he made a friendly exit. After a couple of safety scares recently (probably just kids, but still) with someone trying to open our back door at 3:00am and several times having our front door handle jiggled at night then running away after…having friendly staff does set my mind at ease a bit. The on-site officer is great too.
