Lived there for 4 years. Staff is rude. They do not fix anything that needs fixing, and when they do it’s takes them a month or months to do so. Infested with roaches by the way. Constant inspections. Had water spots appearing on my ceiling and instead of figuring out the issue the maintenance guy came and painted over the way stains even though it was to the point of bubbles and cracks. Started getting mold in my shower and the also came and painted over it. My ac was leaking for like 2 years before they called somewhat a professional to come look at it. They also took off my smoke alarms and were supposed to replace them and NEVER did then when inspection time came they told me I had to pay for new ones EVEN THOUGH the maintenance guy was suppose to replace them and still hasn’t. Worst place to have to visit someone the management is so rude and inconsiderate half the time the gates are broken and the amount of homeless drug attacks you see here is bothersome. It is a very unsafe place for anyone to live

My BFF has lived here for a long time. There are laundry rooms, basketball courts, gated entry and low income/Section 8 availability.

Management here is horrible. Getting a hold of the manager is the worst. Their office is always locked and closed and it’s a miracle if she answers the phone. If you happen to catch her on her way out and let her know about an issue you’ve mentioned and tried calling about she will “jot it down again” and forget about it until your maintenance issue escalates to an unnecessary level.This tends to be a constant with her because I’ve spoken to other tenants who’ve experienced the same issue. You have a better chance finding the maintenance men around and asking them instead. Having a car here is a risk. People constantly break windows for fun. It’s average. No dishwasher or laundry hookups. It has two laundry facilities, usually well kept, often gets vandalized (clean but broken). (UPDATE: They switched over from coin operated machines to contactless pay.) The complex is gated. Weekly lawn maintenance. Sewer and trash are taken care of. Nice cold AC. The office staff are pleasant and efficient. The handymen are hard working and get what you need fixed right and in a timely manner. Rent is still paid using inconvenient money orders.
