For the most part, my experience with "Gould Realty" went fairly fast and smoothly. Ias able to sell my deceased mother's home rather quickly but lost more than I now realize I should have on the sale. JoAnn however, is incredible when it comes to sales . She is truly the person who never feels like a stranger. She was warm, helpful, responsive and, effectiant with my time. Unfortunately, life happened and, while we were working together tasks needed to be shared with her assistant Elli, who was also very helpful, but, I was really hoping to stick close to JoAnn for the entirety of the process.
