I HAVE USED THEM FOR APROX. 12 YEARS----AS AN OUT OF STATE OWNER. MOVED UP TO LA PINE LAST SUMMER----MY 2 HOUSES ON THE DESCH. RIVER WERE BASICALLY AN UNATTENDED MESS!!!! THEY ALLOWED THE PREV. TENANTS TO USE THE PROP.-5-ACRES AS A DUMP SITE THAT TOOK APROX. 10 TRIPS TO THE DUMP!!! THE HOUSE MY WIFE & I ARE LIVING IN NOW HAD DOG URINE ON THE BEDROOM CARPETS SO BAD HAD TO BE REPL. THEY ALLOWED THE LAST TENANTS TO BURN ME ON THE APROX. HALF TANK OF FUEL-OIL+ A HUGE PILE OF TRASH THEY WERE BURNING BY THE HOUSE SO THEY WOULDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR TRASH SERV. CASCADE REF. TO COME & clean up there tenants pile of TRASH THEY LEFT BEHIND! I COULD GO ON & ON . THEY DO A TERRIBLE JOB OF SCREENING TENANTS;;;;FLACKY- TRAILER TRASHY PEOPLE FOR THE MOST PART!! IN ALL HONESTY I WOULDNT REC. T
