Gordon James has managed my condo for 3 years. For the last year, Jana has been my contact and she has been wonderful to work with! Gordon James has been my property manager for over 10 years. They have generally done a good job over the years, but have been better more recently with the assistance of Diego who is my new contact for property management. He is always responsive, respectful and efficient, and has been great on managing larger projects/renovations too - it is a pleasure to work with Diego who is one of the main reasons I have stayed as a client.

I work with several different property management companies, and unfortunately, not all of them are responsive when it comes to coordinating with vendors. I've worked with Mary Cañas on several projects for several properties and she is an exceptional communicator. She asks the right questions and responds very quickly when needed. If you're a resident that has her as your property manager, you're in great hands.
