Good Look Home Inspections

Sean provided a thorough home inspection and followed it up with a great review with me and my wife. He made himself available to talk through a couple of follow up items and let me know his phone line was always open to us should any other questions arise. Being able to schedule a single individual to perform pest and environmental inspections on top of the "typical" home inspection was also really convenient.

Sean came out and conducted a home inspection on a house we are in process of buying. After completing the inspection, Sean sat down with my husband and I went through a detailed description of what he did and explained everything thoroughly. It is clear he likes what he does and is very efficient. Not only did he complete the scope of work, he went above and beyond to answer any questions and walk around the property to show us some areas of concern. Great job Sean!! Sean was excellent! He arrived on time, provided a thorough inspection of the property and then spent nearly 2 hours going over the details with me and answering all of my questions and providing really good advice which greatly aided me in my home purchase decision. You always hope for the best but sometimes you pay the money to find out there's too much wrong and you move on to the next one. I'll be sure to have Good Look inspect the next one! He does all the pest inspection too, one stop shop!
