This is a slumlord operation. We cant get simple fixes like a new water softener. The elevator was down for almost 2 years. I have had over a dozen mice, seen roaches.. you name it. These folks need a shake up at the top, but I doubt the owner or CEO want it run any other way

Absolutely trash company! If you like spending extra money for trash living, go with a gold mark property! Our doors in our unit are falling off/apart. Our fridge was repaired with superglue. Our base trim fell off and exposed a bunch of black mold. Our carpet was supposed to be replaced 2 times, still haven't been replaced. Our pipes freeze and make a lot of noise. The maintenance here can't even crack a egg to save their life. Hands down the worst experience living ever!

I wouldn’t recommend this company. They approve criminals and thugs to be their tenants but will deny an application for someone who is capable of being a good tenant. The worst part is they really don’t give you a clear reason why they make their decisions, they do not contact your employer or references that you provide so they absolutely fail at their job. I had to contact the office at the apartment that I’ve applied for and communicate through them even though the office is not in charge of decision making. Gold mark is rude, lazy and unfair! Please consider working with other companies.

Would not recommend at all. Right now having to boil water on the stove just to get enough hot water to fill a sink to sponge bath and wash some dishes. Going on 3 weeks now of them knowing the issue and not doing anything anything about it. Also, going on 6 month with not replacing light bulbs outside. Can't see key pad to get in and have to use a flash light just to see where you are walking so you don't trip on the stairs.
