I used Goldman recently to provide a challenging appraisal of my 85-year-old house. They were very courteous, professional, and prompt. The appraisal was extremely thorough, and provided the multiple perspectives that I requested. They also made themselves available for follow-up questions. I would definitely recommend.

Paid $700 for an unrealistic appraisal .. said there are no comps and gave the lowest comps imaginable in a robust market in 12401. Didn’t have the option of who to use but if I did it wouldn’t be this place.
