If I had the option to give this company 0 stars I would. I’ve been a tenant at this property for only 25 days and I have a list of complaints. From the day I’ve moved in I had to come out of POCKET MYSELF for an exterminator because of the ROACHES in the apartment. Three weeks I’ve been getting the same “I’m waiting for an update from management.” Aside from that I have over $1500 pass due balance from July on my account when I only received keys for the apt Aug 1st. I promise you when I finally get in contact with someone for this company it will be to ask for my money back so I can move. PATHETIC, I’ve only lived here for 25 days and I cannot wait to move. I have only been living at an apartment with them for 2 months and every time i contacted them i never heard back from them. I have seen bugs in my apartment and the maintenance team is horrible, it snowed twice since i been here and they did not come to plow the PAKING LOT unless i called them over and over again. They are unprofessional and claim you can not contact them by phone just Email and they never reply to emails. I am currently trying to get out of my lease with them, the apartment is always cold and i have a 2 year old living in my house. I told maintenance about the leaky problem and they told me it was normal. Never work with this company to rent if i could give them no stars i would.

I received a new refrigerator from Golden Sky management, their delivery team couldn’t have been more polite professional and helpful!!! Over all the experience was pleasant and I love the new appliance. Gratefully yours Bridget Alfaro

Golden Sky Management took over from my old landlord. I been in the same place for around 12 years and you know things always start to happen the older places become. So unfortunately my old stove caught on fire for the cleaning mode it was set to, and my dishwasher was so out of date that it was just deteriorating from not being used cause I always hand wash my dishes. So I contacted Sky Management and spoke with Charlie and he was wonderful, he sent someone over right away and installed a new stove and dish washer. Then like everyone else with those snow storms, my heat went out for a couple of days. So I quickly contacted Charlie and he sent someone over immediately to fix the heat.
