We rented from them for about 6 years and it was phenomenal. They were always quick to fix issues whether it was a water leak, ac, or appliances. They only raised rent once the entire time there and always felt they kept the terms fair. Would rent them again if I ever rent again.

I don’t even know where to begin. I rented this house out of necessity. I regretted it the moment I moved in. The filth was indescribable. I have been here a month and I still do not have a working oven/stove top. I can’t keep food in my fridge because it keeps freezing everything. Waiting on answers for replacement. Black mold under the kitchen sink. Years of smoke all over the walls and blinds, never cleaned. Not one return call or email from Karen Tam. However, Barbara is amazing and a true help. I wish I could give half a star.

Very excited to hear we got new management. Our fridge was broken sense we moved in nothing got done just got a text from Barbara that said Look at your lease house comes as it is. We have had a couple of issues and Barbara was rude and unprofessional is entire time. The house was dirty when we moved in and they argued that someone came in twice but even in pictures you can see that it had not been cleaned .the back yard had trash bags , papers trash broken Plastic , broken glass ,cat and dog Feces and tons and tons of it and we were responsible for that when I contact Barbara the back yard its all dirt and had a 1 year old and 3 year old that couldn’t go out back till we got it cleaned up ourself tons of holes on walls that got cover with Caulking the doors someone came in after to cover

They will steal your money. SCAM SCAM SCAM. My girlfriend viewed a rental property that Gold River Realty manage. She hand delivered the requested documents. (Guess they don’t like email) paid $75.00 for the application fee and the office staff said 3-5 days turnaround. Six hours later at 8:00pm Karen Tam sends a text that she now wants bank statements. My girlfriend replied. Can I email or must I hand deliver? And another text And never got a response. They steal money. They don’t care. House probably wasn’t available and they don’t want to refund the money.

This company doesn't deserve one star. The worst property management company I have ever dealt with in over 20 years. KAREN IS HORRIBLE. When we walked through the house for the first time both of us documented everything that was broken separately. She also took pictures and promised to fix it all. Been living their for 1 1/2 years and nothing was ever fixed. The carpet had dirty spots all over and was very worn when we moved in. The walls, appliances, bathroom racks, door handles were all very worn, broken and missing. Had a broken refrigerator for over 2 months. We kept calling their office for communication and no one returned our calls. We moved out when our lease ended and were charged $2,000 for "lease termination". Our lease ENDED. She then charges us $5,000 to clean/r
