Golden Ridge by Park Square Homes

Tracie is a very wonderful sale agent. She is very enthusiastic, expert, responsive and patience. She responded quickly to our email, text messages. She helped us to get a very good deal with the builder. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new house in Golden Ridge. Update: 01/07/2020: Tammy is helping us temporarily while Tracie is not in the office. Tammy is very friendly and responsive. She cleared all of my questions. Dave is also very good in responding to my concerns. So my experience with Park Square Homes is so far so good. 01/08/2020: The foundation started forming. 01/17/2020: Concrete wall.

We are building a brand new house in Golden Ridge, Davenport now. Tammy has been very friendly, responsive and helpful while Tracie is not in the office. Thank you very much, Tammy! The experience at the Park Square Design Studio was so much fun picking and designing our home. We cannot wait to move in!
