Terrible service. We turned our rental house back in not only in flawless condition but better than what it was given to us in and very well taken care of with our own money invested in it. They now want to try and do everything they can to keep the deposit. Mind you they left me without AC in the summer for a month. Wanted to push back getting my heater fixed in the winter for over a week. Septic constantly backing up and never fixing the septic tank properly. It took them over 2 years to fix a roof that was leaking and causing black mold in the house. Do not use this company, they will ignore your repair request, they will take forever to get repairs done, they are horrible at management and they truly don't care for their customers. No wonder 1/2 their company left not to long ago.

We tried everything to sell our home but Golden Key Realty gave us almost instant success. They even furnished and decorated our vacant home with model furniture. House sold very quickly. I can not say enough about Margie. Trust me when I say I have already tried all the online apps and other real estate agencies. Don't waist your time.
