Great service overall, but unfortunately they caused harm to my credit due to sending the final payoff to the wrong lender. The payment was mistakenly sent to my previous lender instead of the correct one. The original lender attempted to reach out multiple times, but Golden Dog did not correct the issue until I realized the lender had not been paid and that the account was still open. Because of this error, our closing date had to be changed, which resulted in higher closing costs. It also caused a late payment to be reported, negatively impacting both my wife’s and my credit reports. While the service was otherwise good, this mistake created unnecessary financial and credit consequences for my family.

What a great experience we had with everyone at Golden Dog Title & Trust. From Tyler, Yaritza, Virgen and Amanda, everyone involved was professional, knowledgeable and excited to help us with the purchase of our new home. Communication was top notch and I would highly recommend them for your real estate title needs. And don't even get me started on my grandson's new favorite toy, a Golden Dog stuffed animal, which was an extremely nice touch on their part. Grateful for their work on this transaction.
