Cline is one of the most genuine, easy going and knowledgable people I've ever worked with. Whether it's representing his clients, or referring out work, he's always looking out for the people he's working for and with, and is someone who communicates directly and doesn't cut corners. Referred my parents to him after working with him on some projects - and I promise you, I love my parents, but that wasn't easy lol. He couldn't have been better, or more patient, and found them their new forever home in The Quarters, and they haven't stopped telling everyone about him since. Cline's that dude.

Cline is top notch. He reached out to me as a friend and business associate asking if I had any home owners who were moving or interested in renting out their home without the hassle of dealing with tenants.
