Chad just doesn’t care about making money or selling houses. He cares about helping people achieve their goals and dreams and you definitely want someone like that on your team. Take it from me. Chad never sold me a home but I met him at 2 open houses. He spent time telling me not only the good things about the home but also the bad. He wanted me to have the information I needed to make the best decision for myself and that genuine energy is priceless. I’m very lucky that i crossed paths with Chad!
