I see cheap home and want to apply. When I call, no one talk to me. Maybe they don’t accept Asian? Ever since Trump is President, a lot of places do stuff like this. I see a lot of bad review. Maybe I go somewhere else. Maybe you too. Good luck!

My intention isn’t to sound disgruntled, but rather to provide insight that reflects ongoing patterns, not just an isolated incident. I lived in one of their Carson Street properties for multiple years. While the units themselves are generally livable, they are overpriced given the lack of meaningful amenities, poor responsiveness, and outdated interiors. For example, the kitchen cabinets and drawers in my unit were so old that they lacked proper rollers — just raw wood scraping against wood, causing debris to accumulate constantly. I have lived here for about 2 years. I agree with a lot of people who have commented about the front desk receptionist being rude, very true. I am moving out of the apartment I live in due to bed bugs. My girlfriend and I kept our apartment extremely clean ever since we were there. So we were shocked and confused when we noticed we had bed bugs. About 3 months before we discovered the bed bugs we saw a can of bed bug spray on the porch of someone who lived in the complex. The people next to us removed there bed out of their apartment. We were absolutely sure this was a problem coming from within the building. We contacted property management and told them about the problem. They sent someone out to check for bed bugs and the guy confirmed we did have them, which we already knew. It took 5
