Over the years I rented through GoWin, they were consistently attentive to any maintenance or property issues that came up over time. They were also awesome in communicating with our tenant community, to help us maintain the same understandings of our leases, to operate well in daily living. There was no hassle when I had after hours needs, like my AC going out in the summer. The service techs they used were friendly and helped make the situation easier by providing space coolers during the repair. I was never inconvenienced by service staff. When I start to look to buy properties, to host as rentals, I’ll for sure be giving GoWin a call to manage them for me. I’d definitely rent through them again :)

We found Go Win and Kevin when searching for a new property manager to help turn around a property in Mesa. Kevin was very responsive and professional and clearly outlined how he could help. After speaking with several other PM's in the area, we hired Go Win and have had a wonderful experience. My hot water heater goes out everytime it rains or the wind blows. I go extended periods without hot water. Management ignores maintenance requests and doesn't ultimately fix the problem. Update; Since the time of this review, the Management Company has been responsive to my requests and was polite when I made suggestions. Things definitely improved once this management company took over the property.
