Whatever you do DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR RENTALS!!!!!!! Still waiting for my 1,293 refund after promised it would be sent. I rented a place in Los Angeles among arrival the house was FILTHY! I have never seen anything so bad in my life. Poop on walls, pee in all the beds, the cigarette smell and marijuana smell was so bad I thought someone was squatting in the house. We had to find somewhere else to stay at 9pm on a Friday night with children. The owner had no care or sympathy AT ALL. They don’t reply nor care. Please whatever you do DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They are lying scam artist.
As a property owner they were kind and help full and they made the process really easy! I’ve never had any issues with them and even when we did run into a few issues with the property they were quick to resolve them. Very pleasant company to work with!!
As an owner, their service is excellent!
