We started our experience at Brambles (Louisa Lane) but when the Brambles West (Crossgate Drive) became available to move into, we moved up Carlisle Pike to "Brambles West" & it has been a wonderful experience. There is a small grass plot in front of a nice size patio, also a sidewalk & curbing with your parking right in front of your apartment. Inside you have a very nice laminate floor; bathroom, kitchen, & entry that look like real wood plus granite countertop, & a pantry in the kitchen. It's very quiet with many people driving by sharing a wave. It's so peaceful 24/7 so sitting outside gives you very much enjoyment & relaxation, there aren't many young children. I most definitely would recommend "Brambles West" if you like peace & quite plus a beautiful apartment.

I thought I loved this company, we were planning on moving in and had been approved and put in 100 of the security deposit, which was required upon submitting the application. We were told that we would get back the hundred dollars if we ended up not moving in. I just called to tell them we would not be moving in because of financial issues. Then all of the sudden it is non refundable. I would not have put in the application if i knew it was non refundable, due to financial stress. I do not recommend doing business with them.

Genuinely don’t move here. The place and the neighborhood is fairly nice but the management is just nasty. they barge in the house at the earliest times hardly even knocking. when they enter the house they make sure everyone knows that they’re there by screaming when they talk. they don’t deal with any of the problems hardly. nearly everything ever works in the townhouses and they decide when they actually want to care for their job.

PLEASE READ!!!! This has been the worst 2 1/2 years of my life housing wise. Start with the most recent and work out way back. Just got off the phone with the"Emergency" maintenance and was told that my garbage disposal (that I asked somebody to come out and look at 2 weeks ago when I put my 60-day notice in) that is now sitting on the bottom of my cabinet because it fell off is not an emergency and can't come out until the day after July 4th. They use the cheapest stuff in their apartments and we are still using the 10 year old dishwasher, washer and dryer that they refuse to replace even though it takes 2 cycles to dry clothes and wash the dishes. When we first moved in, there was an unpainted section of the fan, well the idiot that painted it decided to not put a tarp down and and go

Brambles is one of the worst apartments that i have seen. Management was worst and maintenance team was worst and they don't know how to talk with ladies. If you want to see hell then please try out Brambles.
