Brambles West is "not" like the same they show you. Yes, the layout is the same, but the space is much smaller. Bathroom & kitchen are postage stamp size. Pantry is supposed to be a plus, but they took your counter space away. You have 14" between pantry & stove, about the same between stove & wall, then about 30" from wall to sink over dishwasher. Very small sinks!!! Bill is so famous for blaming tenants for all problems - dog urinated across sliding door & salamander walked across living floor, our fault because we had a cat. Was told if we moved, he wouldn't have to fix the entry door. It was so lopsided!!! Bill nor maintenance never wanted to accept responsibility. Gas leak & never advised tenants... No, I'd never recommend Brambles for a place to rent - had 2 refrigerator
