My mom is currently a tenant. She has lived there over 10 years. About 7 years ago they remodeled her townhouse, but never finished. She had to buy a mirror for the bathroom and more. Currently, she is on day 6 without heat. Maintenance is "waiting" on a part to fix it. It is 40 degrees in my moms house and it is currently 29 degrees outside.
