Lack of communication and respect for us as customers. We were waiting on our electricians to come fix a problem that was never done while they were building our house, never showed. Also, never had communication why of the no-show. Today, they were late getting to our house. So, my husband called the owner of Glyn-Dale and he YELLED at him over the phone and told him to be patient. It was very disrespectful, and not how you treat customers at all who want their electrical problem resolved. We bought a home security system to have installed during our build that was never installed properly.

Building our first home, and two family members in the home construction business told us to ONLY use Glyn-Dale. I checked Google for reviews, found none. Facebook...nothing. Called the Building Department next. While they couldn't give a recommendation, they said the company has been in business for years, always had paperwork and permits in order, and they had no complaints. So, we called and set up an appointment. From day one...professional, on time, on top of things. Worked wonderfully with our bank. Worked our preferences in, no problem. Didn't let me see any eye rolls when I asked girl questions. I wanted a particular ceiling in our bedroom...no problem!
