Glenridge Apartments

**MUST READ** Horrible place. I would not recommend this place to anyone even if it was the last place on earth to live. The roach problem is ridiculous. When complaining about it, management will say “it’s just water bugs”- like that’s any better. When Santos showed me the unit that was available it was horrible, dead roaches- at least one in each room and the bathroom sink was damaged beyond repair, this unit was 100% not legally considered livable. I desperately needed a place to live fast so I asked if these issues can be fixed before move in. Santos said yes they would take care of everything. I signed paperwork and moved in a week later and NOTHING was fixed. I was very upset. I moved in on a “first month free special” with 10 days left of the month then got hit with a $800 bill a we

I have lived here for almost a year in July. I like this place. It near the school and groceries store and bank. I don't have any problems with anything. We added on two pets and they are pet friendly that was a big plus. Maintenance is very friendly and helpful. When I had a problem I would go down to office and same day they came and fixed the problem. Love the fact that there is security that checks on the property. I feel very safe and front desk is very helpful. There bus stop not even five mins away that a plus. Laundry and gym. Plus I order Amazon there a Amazon stand for my package. This apartment complex is awful. The staff there are very dishonest. They persuade you to move in early and tell you that it’s a move in special and won’t have to pay rent for 2 months then end up charging you. When my friend moved in there the place was a mess and several repairs needed to be done. There was mold and ceiling above bathroom sink leaked so much it caved. I was a frequent guest and saw this for myself. When trying to communicate through emails and calls they would never respond. Santos the manager seemed very helpful until you move in. They lie and ignore you. The pool was never clean and could never swim in it. This place was disgusting.

I have been searching for my forever apartment and I think I found it here. Santos, the property manager at Glenridge was very helpful and understanding. She allowed me to view all the floor plans so I can make the best decision for me. After getting my keys there was a few things that I wanted done (personal preference) and was done correctly and timely. Thank you Santos for being the absolute best!

I am a 34 year old who has lived in Arizona and in apartments my whole life. Never in my years have I met a property manager as thorough, understanding, accommodating and as caring as Ms. Santos. There are so many things that she does that completely sets her apart from other property managers like picking up the trash in the community, remembering the tenants by name, A+ communication, dont get me going on the Flexibility and the list can go on. But the biggest thing that really sold me is the genuineity she gives. I 10 out of 10 Highly recommend this property!!!
