Glenora Gardens

lived here for a year. place was infested with ants, fleas, and beetles. had mold growing all over the windows and my personal belongings (which they obviously didn’t care about or clean or do anything to fix) my windows were not sealed properly. every person in management genuinely could care less about any issues you were having/wont respond. almost had to take them to court due to being unable to live in the apartment for 2 months. wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Glenora Gardens is unsafe to live. Mold is everywhere in the apartment. All they say is mix bleach and water in a spray bottle for windows and walls and wipe it down. It will come back after a few weeks each time. I couldn’t leave nothing on the carpet for to long, mold will grow on furniture/clothes. I had to throw out a lot of items. If you need to get in connect with management it’s better to go to the office. They will not pick up the phones. Office is never busy!

Glenora Gardens used to be halfway decent until Cabot Group took over. Today I went to go shovel before my wife got home and there was no shovel or bucket of salt. I called maintenance and got a call back saying their insurance policy didn't allow for them to have residents shovel sidewalks and that the snow crew would be along at 2 am. Well my wife was getting home at 6:30pm to 2 am is a little late, isn't it.... I was going to shovel the grass area as there is no sidewalk connecting the parking lot to the front door area. Sure there is from the road but not from the parking lot. I guess they are waiting for someone to slip and fall. Makes perfect sense to me. 2 am.... What a joke. Also the office never picks up the phone during the day.

Mold in apartment, place is infested with mice they control the heat so it’s freezing in the apartment. Des was the only employee I was able to go to my concerns about I guess he doesn’t work here any more places is garbage asking for all this money for rent for it to be an outdated apartment.

Very quiet new people working when something need get fixed come and fix with in few days they plow and shovels great improvement
