Glendare Park Apartments aka Gardens at Country Club

With rent almost $1000.00 per month for a three bedroom in this community one would think trash would not be such a repeted issue. This has been an on going issue for 3 months straight. Ive seen inner city projects much cleaner then this. Lets hope with the complaints this is corrected. The trash compactor needs a key to work and only employees have keys along with selected renters within the community. Thus the issue in my opinion. Todays trash pictures. If you are thinking of moving to this condominium, don't do it, it's horrible, the administration doesn't work, I have 3 days with the air conditioning that doesn't work and the heat is unbearable and these people don't do anything to solve it because they don't have the staff, I'm looking forward to my contract to end to leave, it's shit living here the walls are falling cockroaches everywhere horrible

If I could give this 0 stars I would. DO NOT come to this place I signed a 6 month lease and only stayed for 2. Management is horrible. The neighbors were very inconsiderate and played extremely loud music from morning time til night time. Management did nothing to attempt to fix the problems. The dishwasher wouldn’t drain and it took them 2 weeks to replace with a new dishwasher, the kitchen smelled horrible. There’s a leak on the roof they never fixed, had the living room smelling like mold. The whole downstairs smelled like weed seemed to be coming in through the vents. I payed them to break the lease 2x the rent fee and I just got billed for the month of December since I didn’t give them a 60 day notice. They did not care that the reason I left was due to all the problems mentioned abo

we have ran into terrible roach issues (which we pay extermination fee every month, and for what?), incompetent staff, and more. as someone with a fear of bugs, the staff is more unbearable than the roaches cause they dont care about who is living here or any of our needs. if you email or call good luck getting a response, a good one at that. im unfortunately stuck here for a while so run while you can!

Very rude and unprofessional manager. Never fix anything charge you for everything twice check your statements alway trying to get over. The townhome is nothing like the one model they show you then when you move out they try to charge you for the stuff they never fixed. Then to renew your lease will be $200 more dollars then your lease when you first signed it smh. MANAGEMENT AND HANDY MAN RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL
