do not do business with this company. they allow fraudulent transactions by their tenants&employees. they charged my military family who’s already in need due to the shutdown $1,000 and some change and didn’t bother to investigate. We called our bank and cancelled the card but this behavior is still unacceptable!!! we dont even reside in NY or ever been. We are from illinois!

They will never take responsibility for anything. My first year they needed to do work that affected my unit and didn’t have the parts so I had a hole in my wall for over a month and drywall dust ruin my stuff and nails left on the floor and they said the work needed to be done so they did nothing no pro-rated rent they actually seemed mad I even wanted an answer to the inconvenience this led to in my life. And after move out they never got all of the necessary documents for a roommate release and now are making splitting the security deposit my responsibility. With the excuse of I wasn’t here so it’s not my fault. No answer as to why this wasn’t brought up sooner not even an apology for the inconvenience made it seem like it was a ridiculous thing to be mad about. The only positive intera

I haven’t moved in yet, so I can’t speak to the actual residential quality, but Glendale has been great through the touring and application process. Eric specifically went above and beyond for us when we toured: he took us to two different buildings and gave us good advice about the pros and cons of each. Overall, I’m really pleased with the ease by which we secured an apartment. Eric was extremely organized, so he was able to recommend buildings that would fit our specific budget and preferences. I’m hopeful that my experience living in a Glendale building will be as good as the process of getting the apartment. Glendale has been great! Eric is super knowledgeable, organized, and personable! We are new to the area and he really helped us check all the boxes on an apartment. He has made the process super smooth. The application fee is very cheap, there are a variety of properties to fit your budget/what you're looking for, and management is on top of it. They are definitely doing better than some of these 4yr old reviews may indicate.

My husband and I were interested in Nickel city for a while prior to moving in. We communicated with Eric and he showed us multiple Glendale properties. We were very serious on moving to Nickel city as it had the aesthetic, garage, and the location we wanted, along with other amenities that we wanted in an apartment.
