First impression is everything and the management office unorganized. The wait times to address current and future tenants were long. I think they have a backlog. They did their best to assist everyone and they are trying their best. Victoria and Shannon were extremely helpful. The other leasing assistants were also. Hopefully when reaching out to maintenance it will be a smooth process

I’m grateful that Prince George’s County offers an affordable housing option, and I will say the aesthetics of these units are really nice. I also appreciate the overall quietness of the neighborhood itself. Unfortunately, despite those positives, this has been one of the most frustrating living experiences I’ve ever had. The noise inside the building is relentless. From heavy footsteps and floor creaking to cabinet doors slamming and full conversations that sound like they’re happening inside my own bathroom, and bedroom. It’s overwhelming to say the least. There is no reason I should be able to hear cabinets closing from another unit as clearly as I do. It’s consistent, day and night and I’m not exaggerating. If I can give them a zero I would I don’t like it around here. Management sucks besides the assistant manager she’s the best!!!when I signed my lease. I was told that there will be no dogs to be on the property. That this was a dog free place to live but This place is like A dog pound The dogs bark all day all night long management doesn’t do anything about it. The tenants bring their dogs outside to walk them. They poop on the ground in the grass. No one picks it up. I have mentioned it to maintenance and the rental office more than once and they haven’t done anything about it , The trash is always thrown around the trashcan that’s a mess waiting to happen. I applied a month ago...I waited and waited no response. I called several times and at one point my name didn't show in the system for me applying after I gave them a 50 dollar money order. I called another day, one of the staff members said I'll call you back in a moment.. a whole day went by and nothing. I finally visited the rental office asking about my application....well when I finally got the chance to speak to someone I was told I was on a waiting list, which wasn't explained to me when I filled out the application. This place is unorganized and unprofessional.... never again!!

I was inquiring about moving here but the whole application process + customer service deterred me. The first time I went up there to fill out the application + bring in my documentation, everything went rather fine. I go up there a second time because apparently my information was “lost” and had to redo the whole process. The lady who assisted me was very rude and off putting. Even then I still gave them my information and hoped for the best. Still no response or update on my application. This place WILL give you the run around. If this is how they treat future residents then I really feel bad for the current tenants.
