Glen Ridge Apartments

I've lived in this apartment complex for over ten years, and every year it gets worse. Maintenance is practically nonexistent. When something breaks, expect to wait forever for them to even acknowledge it—and when they finally show up, the issue is usually left half-fixed or completely unresolved. The water pipes are constantly leaking or bursting, and the AC/heater has never worked—not even once since we moved in. The place feels unsafe. Cops are here way too often, and random people who clearly don’t live here wander around day and night. Car break-ins and porch thefts are common, and nothing is done about it. The parking situation is a nightmare—good luck finding a spot during the day, and forget about it entirely at night. There’s absolutely no privacy. The neighbors are nosy and love

Apparently the Glenridge Apartments phone number is not working properly.. on top of that I'm now getting extremely dirty warm water coming through my pipes and not able to report this to management.. You guys need to fix all these issues before I can reverse my review My ratings have gone up to 4 stars from 2 stars here is y.. 10 years living here update.. Lots of kids live here so don't expect it to be perfectly quiet.. Good if you have a family of course for the kids to make friends and community.. Nestled right next to a fire department and schools. For minor things management can take a little bit to get back to you.. however when a major incident happens they are there.. For instance my apartment was flooded due to an upstairs neighbor. Management is AWFUL. It took over a month to get a hold deposit of $500 back from these clowns. I legally should have gotten it within no more than 3 days, after I found a much better place a mile down ECR, the following day. She kept promising I would have the money the next day, too. Nightmare. I had to call and drive by, about 16x before I finally got my refund. Usually, there was no one in the office. Extremely shady management company.

Nice area, outside amenities ample parking space for tenants.

Nice community and special Jesica is very friendly and caring about any issues
