Glen Ridge Apartments

After divorce I found a nice little apartment, the community is great, very clean and updated for a wonderful price. Perfect spot to rebuild who I am and have pride in where I live while doing so. The layout is beautiful and perfect for a single guy. Large bedroom, washer and dryer. And my favorite part is the outdoor covered space that’s large enough to entertain my guests. I would highly recommend this complex. It’s close to everything and so far zero issues.

Warning!! Do not move in to these apartments!! I lived here about 6years now and from the start it’s been bad. The day I moved in the old apartment manager Jaxx mentioned to me that she was going through some personal problems and that she didn’t get a chance to fix anything in the apartment. She told me that everything would get fixed in a timely matter and still to this day they are not. Recently in January of 2021 we had nasty mold and mushrooms growing in the apartment and it took till May (5months) to get it the mold issue resolved. My baby was 6 months in Jan and was breathing and crawling around mold and mushrooms. Once it got resolved the carpet was not even replaced! When it had been wet and contaminated by mold! Got stood up for a SCHEDULED tour. No one answered the phones or called back. Confirmed the day before and morning of. Had a sign for hours DAY OF that they were open 9am-6pm. I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails. Even emailed the leasing office. My tour was at 130pm. I dont Understand the point of making an appt if it’s not going to happen. It just shows how they treat their tenants as well. I HIGHLY do not recommend living here or even bothering to schedule a tour. I also Never got a call back either but I wouldn’t want to reschedule either.

I have lived at Glen Ridge for about a year now and have been through 2 previous managers here. However, Brittany and Spencer have been the best managers we have had yet. They have been so great about any maintenance requests and have made so many general improvements to the complex overall. I haven’t seen this much action or overall complex improvements from any previous manager and I am so happy that Brittany and Spencer and making this complex a great place to live. Thank you Brittany and Spencer for all you do, my sister and I love having you both here at Glen Ridge! :)

This apartment complex is the arm pit of Beaverton!! I know, I was hired as the maintenance manager. The tenants were thrilled to finally have an onsite maintenance manager after two years without any management what so ever!! Unfortunately, they couldn't afford me, so now the tenants are paying the price again, no pun intended!! Norris and Stevens has terrible senior management and terrible customer service. They could care less about you!! It's all about the money for them. Not to mention, they treat their employees with total disrespect...while paying poverty wages. You could not pay me enough to work for Norris and Stevens!! SLUM LORDS! RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Marcus St James. My experience, my opinion!
