I have lived here for years and it is going down hill consistently. The buildings are old with thin walls, you can hear what's going on in the units around you and the plumbing is subpar; you take a shower during active times, get ready for a dose of cold water to your hot shower if someone in a unit around you flushes a toilet or turns on a faucet. The CURRENT (2024) office staff have no customer service skills and show no concern when I bring issues going on around the property to their attention. For example the photo shows where a man urinated right at the front door of one of the buildings, something that happens a lot around the property. This place is horrible. Infested with Roaches, mice, mold, and bed bugs is all you see with very little concern from management after being told numerous times that this is a problem! Recently decided to increase rent because they decided to build a dog park and put a gym that no one asked for and also charge people for WiFi when most have their own! Charge $50 per item of furniture if thrown away especially when infested from bed bugs from their lack of concern of their own buildings. Anything that is brought up to the office you’ll get a “I’ll let them know” and never hear from them again. The floors and walls are so thin because the buildings are so old! nothing is being done to fix that problem with the floors and walls for current residents. The maintenance tech was awesome. Very kind guy. I would recommend him anywhere. We had a nice chat of stories related to the repair i requested for which was fun. However the only reason for only 4 stars is the lack of communication from the app, leasing office, or anyone. I was a tad frightened when i came home to find my door unlocked already when i never received a text message, email nor was there a tag of any sort on the door notifying me that maintenance was inside my apartment. Other than that, the request for maintenance is extremely easy and efficient. No calls, no texts. Only had to go into the app, fill in a couple question boxes regarding my concern and then press submit. Same day repair.
