This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. There was no communication, no professionalism, and no transparency. After I moved out, they charged me a cleaning fee even though my apartment was completely clean when I left. They never provided any receipt, approval, or proof for that charge. Later, I found out they sent the charge to collections without ever notifying me. I never received any invoice, or explanation. This is completely unfair and unethical. The property is also poorly managed — it often feels unsafe, with drunk and undressed people walking around and no supervision. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful before signing a lease here.

If I could, I would give this community 0 stars!!. I moved in on a Friday March 8th 2024 and had no STOVE until the following week. Upon my stay here, I experienced wall and floor leaks that caused floods in my kitchen area to the point were mildew and mold filled my house on top of these bugs that started flying every where. I had to buy fly traps to kill off the bugs. It took Glen park almost 2 months to fix this issue knowing my fiance is pregnant at the moment. I expressed over and over how it is unsafe for us to be breathing mold and mildew. The property manager Jorge promised to reconcile the situation but haven’t done ANYTHING FOR ME! This community is terrible. Nope, I never lived here but I did apply and got jerked around with both my time and money. I have the email thread to prove it. So if one of them comes under this review acting like it’s not true I will upload them. Touring was great. Completed the application and turned in all the documentation needed. They held my money for 2 weeks. I confirmed all documentation was submitted and I was told “there nothing else we need, please allow us time to review”. I got a weird call from Yesie asking “do you think you could pay 3 months up front”. My response was yes. Then another 7-10 days later I get an email that claims they didn’t have all the documentation needed and could not move forward. I am a current resident at Glen Park Apartments and have been very pleased with my experience. From day one, the leasing office has been amazing, always professional and providing exceptional customer service. The maintenance team is also great; they respond to work orders promptly and efficiently. Overall, Glen Park is a comfortable, affordable place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well managed apartment community.
