Great sales people would sell crappy quality to even their grandmother. Constant problems between poor electrical wiring, poor foundation, poor beams and just poor quality in service and warranty work on all the above. No accountability to fix the screw ups that made. Overall the house is good but when it comes to getting them to come out and do warranty work it’s oh that’s not covered or some crap they come up with. When it comes to grading the yard idk how they come up with how they run the swale because how they do it is incorrect every time it rains I’m worried about water getting in my house because it’s touching the slab they sent crew out to examine what was going on with swale was told they were redoing the swale well all they did was did a small trench and throw grass back down. It’s so frustrating that a multimillion business can’t make things right especially when people are spending 300+ thousand dollars on houses and the pictures are after the water has gone down a little. I bought my home from Castlerock in 2021 in Glen Oaks (The Meadows), the laminate floors need to be replaced. Recessed lights are coming apart from the ceiling. Initially my thoughts were they did a good job, but that's not the case. I will not write all of the issues I'm having with this home because I know nothing will be done. I will just say that I can't recommend this builder. Believe the negative reviews. The sidewalk on Birch Orchard ct wasn't even completed, it looks terrible. Edit: Castlerock took care of the flooring, and for that I'm appreciative. But I wasn't the only home in the community that was having flooring issues, that they were aware of. They knew the issue existed. Now I'm having or had leaking from my roof, that came through the ceiling in the kitchen and in between

CastleRock...more like Sandstone. Shoddy workmanship, they have reduced warranties from 2 years to 1 on new builds. A/C units are barely spec'd for the house and have problems cooling, especially on 2 story houses. HOA management is horrible. They do not take care of the common property areas very well and do not finish all the common areas even after the sub-division is completed. I would never recommend them.

Bought a beautiful two story home with Steve. He was extremely helpful and made this experience smooth and exciting! The construction manager is wonderful as well. I’ve looked at several builders and had horrible experiences. I’m glad this was a positive experience!!! CastleRock is the best company with the best warranty!
